A simple whole wheat loaf, made from spelt flour, an old variety of wheat grown since Roman times.
Because the spelt grain has been around for so long, our tummies are a little more used to digesting it compared to modern wheat varieties, some of which are less than 50 years old.
Remember though...spelt is still wheat so not suitable for coeliacs.
INGEDIENTS: ORGANIC WHOLEWHEAT SPELT FLOUR, ORGANIC WHITE SPELT FLOUR, SOURDOUGH CULTURE MADE WITH ORGANIC WHOLEWHEAT SPELT FLOUR, SEA SALT & YEAST.
