Cornish Charcuterie Duck Liver Pate made with Cointreau.
This smooth pate is made from locally sourced free range duck livers.
Unlike other duck pates we do not bulk out cheap ingredients such as pork or chicken fat. The pate includes a health slug of Cointreau rather than a token gesture and gives a buttery pate which tastes rich and delicious.
Ingredients: Cornish Free Range Duck Liver, Onions, Butter (Milk), Cointreau (Sulphites), Orange Juice, Cornish Sea Salt, White Pepper, Preservative E250
